To AirDrop your Instagram profile, follow these steps:

Open your Instagram app on your iPhone or iPad.

Go to your profile by tapping the "Profile" icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Tap the three horizontal dots in the top right corner of your profile.

Tap "Share this Profile" and then select "AirDrop".

Make sure that AirDrop is enabled on both devices by going to Control Center and turning on AirDrop.

Choose the device you want to share your profile with from the list of available devices that appear on your screen.

Once the recipient accepts the AirDrop request, your Instagram profile will be shared with them.
Note: Both devices must be within range of each other and have their AirDrop settings set to "Everyone" in order to successfully share your profile.
