Q: How does your virtual lash course work?
A:The virtual courses in our academy are all self paced. You will get access after payment within 24-48 hours of purchasing. Please note that you do not need to send us emails unless it has been more than 48 hours with out any notifications.
Q: What if I have questions and need help about the courses after purchasing?
A: If you have questions you can always contact us via chat or email. Please note that customers who place customer service request on social media comments will not be answered. The comment section is not for social media request what so ever.
Q: What happens when I purchase an Ebook?
A: All ebooks are sent automatically to your email provided during the time of purchase. Please make sure the email address is correct before making purchases. We will no longer update and change customer emails due to customer error. Nor will we resend ebooks. You will have to repurchase the ebook if an incorrect email was used. This is to reduce loss prevention issues.
Q: What if I purchase my ebook but don't see the ebook after I purchase?
A: Make sure to check your spam folder
Q: When I take the lash course will I be licensed after?
A: No all of our courses are for training and educational purposes only. If you are not sure about your state requirements you can google them or search this information which is available on our website.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping can take 5-7 business days to process. Keep in mind that orders are processed in the order that they are received. We use USPS for shipment if USPS has delays on their site and tracking is not updated please note that this is not in our control. Please be mindful of this!
Q:What happens if I send a disrespectful message ?s
A: We have the right to refuse service and we will divorce you a a customer immediately. Please do not disrespect myself or any of the staff members this I not allowed at all.
